Academic Freedom Petition distributed prior to the news of Hich’s imminent deportation, this widely disseminated petition directed at the University of Nottingham remains relevant.

“Radical materials” the documents (downloaded for research purposes) which led to Hicham’s initial arrest under the Terrorism Act 2000, and downloaded again en masse for the demonstration on the University of Nottingham campus. No arrests were made the second time.
